Registration Deadline
The early-bird registration deadline is September 21.  Registrations received after September 21 will be charged a higher admission price.   

Confirmations
Confirmations will be sent via e-mail after registering online.   

Badges
For registrations received by October 13, badges will be mailed.  Read the contents first and then bring your entire badge envelope to the 'Badge Holder Pick-Up’ station to obtain a badge holder.

After October 13, badges will be held for on-site pick-up at the 'Pre-Registered Attendees' counter at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.  If you do not receive your badge(s) in the mail, please bring your confirmation with you to the 'Pre-Registered Attendees' counter to pick up your badge.

Substitution Policy

  -- Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the show.
  -- The request must be in writing by the original registrant.
  -- All badges and/or tickets must be returned for processing.
  -- No substitutions will be honored for the Genesis 3 Design Schools or the Genesis 3 Elements of Construction School.

Cancellation Policy

  -- All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked on or before October 21. 
  -- All cancellations will be charged a $35 administration fee.
  -- No refunds will be issued after October 21.
  -- All badges and/or tickets must be returned for processing. 
  -- Expo Only admission is non-refundable.
  -- Please allow four to six weeks for review and processing.
  -- Sorry, no refunds will be issued at or after the show.

Solicitation of business by anyone who is not an official show exhibitor is strictly prohibited.  Show Management takes this matter very seriously, and any individual who violates this rule will be asked to leave the show venue immediately without the right to receive any refund of fees.
