As an exhibitor, you will receive one complimentary listing in the Show Program, which includes company name, description, booth number and product categories. To ensure attendees can find your booth, you must complete the listing online by September 2, 2011. To complete your Program listing, you must sign in to CONNECT, the online portal system using your e-code [formerly known as your password].

If you miss the September 2 deadline, you will be included in the Addendum, a one-page list which is inserted into the printed Programs.
Print Booth Profile:
-- Please explain your company, products or services in no more than 50 words.
-- Use proper grammar with upper and lower case letters (NO ALL CAPS).
-- Your contact information [including phone number and booth number] will appear directly above the profile, so there is NO need to include these types of
sentences in the description: "For more information call 800.555.5555 or visit us online at www.companyxyzl.com" or "Stop by booth #2333 at the
Int’l Pool | Spa | Patio Expo."
-- Show Management reserves the right to edit any information you provide, but is NOT responsible for correcting typo or grammatical errors.

Product Categories:
-- Select up to 15 product categories that best represent your company’s products or services.
-- Your company name and booth number will appear under each of the category headings that you select.
-- Product category selection determines how you match up with attendees within hanleywoodCONNECT.

-- Information entered in this section will appear online only.
Important notes:
-- If you don't update your listing, the company information that you completed on your booth contract will be used.
-- Changes made after September 2 will not be published in the printed Program & Event Guide, but will appear on your online listing.

Solicitation of business by anyone who is not an official show exhibitor is strictly prohibited. Show Management takes this matter very seriously, and any individual who violates this rule will be asked to leave the show venue immediately without the right to receive any refund of fees.
