All exhibitors must order badges for company personnel staffing your booth using our online registration system. Badge orders received by October 12 will be mailed to the address and person you indicate. Badges are not mailed outside the U.S. & Canada; international registrants must bring their confirmation to print their badge on-site. Badge orders received after October 12 can be picked up on-site at the Exhibitor Registration counter.
Exhibitor badge registration will be available in August 1 through the CONNECT Portal by signing in with your customized e-code. Instructions are included in the Exhibitor Service Manual, also available through the portal.
BADGE ALLOTMENT
Each exhibiting company is allotted a specific number of exhibitor badges at no charge based on booth size. Exhibitors who exceed their allotment will be charged $10 per additional badge. The following is the allotment breakdown:

Solicitation of business by anyone who is not an official show exhibitor is strictly prohibited. Show Management takes this matter very seriously, and any individual who violates this rule will be asked to leave the show venue immediately without the right to receive any refund of fees.
