EXHIBIT AT THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL POOL | SPA | PATIO EXPO TO BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF BACKYARD LIVING
DALLAS – February 1, 2009 – Pool, spa and backyard product manufacturers and suppliers looking to save a step in the sales process, should plan to exhibit at the 2009 International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, where they will increase their bottom line, build brand awareness and meet face-to-face with ready-to-buy attendees.
The 2009 International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo will be held November 16-18 in the Bayside Halls at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.
"Exhibiting at the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo is an essential strategy for the manufacturers and suppliers to the pool, spa and backyard industry,” said Donna Bellantone, Director of the Expo. “It is a ‘must’ for companies looking to build their brand and increase market share both domestically and internationally.”
The 2009 event is expected to attract more than 11,000 total attendance. In addition to pool/spa builders/installers, retailers, service technicians, distributors and landscape architects/design agencies, the show will also draw a large number of C-level executives and senior-level managers.
Companies wanting to exhibit in the show should sign up now to participate in Space Draw which begins Thursday, April 2 at the Hanley Wood Exhibitions headquarters in Dallas. Exhibitors will not be present during the process, as it takes place via phone and the web site.
To be eligible for Space Draw, companies must complete the Booth Application & Contract. For the first time ever, exhibitors can complete the Application & Contract electronically at www.PoolSpaPatio.com. Exhibitors using this method must submit the required 50% deposit via mail within 10 business days or the contract will be not be processed.
The booth rate for 1,500 square feet or more is $2,150 per booth for APSP members and $2,475 per booth for non-members. The booth rate for less than 1,500 square feet is $2,300 per booth for members and $2,645 per booth for non-members.
Contracts received after the April 2 deadline will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The post-Space Draw booth rate for any size 10x10 booth increases to $2,400 per booth for APSP members and $2,760 per booth for non-members.
A Large Booth Space Draw will take place on February 27 for exhibitors taking 1,500 sq. ft. or more. To qualify, exhibitors must submit their contract and 25% deposit by February 27.
