The application is accessible through ConnectionPOINT, Hanley Wood’s customizable online portal system for exhibitors and attendees. Your Message Center is a central location where exhibitors and attendees can read, write, send, archive and/or delete messages received across all Hanley Wood Exhibitions’ events. Because it is a global product, Your Message Center is available beyond the traditional show cycle, which aligns it well with Hanley Wood’s new initiative to extend the life of all face-to-face events throughout the year. Your Message Center is available for use by attendees and exhibitors and can be found on the International Pool l Spa l Patio Expo’s web site at www.PoolSpaPatio.com. Hanley Wood Exhibitions plans to roll out these new products across all its shows over the next few weeks. “Hanley Wood Exhibitions continues to be technological pioneers for the tradeshow industry,” stated Nicole Buraglio, Director of e-Media, Hanley Wood Exhibitions. Previously within hanleywoodCONNECT, exhibitors were limited to sending e-mails to attendees individually, and this functionality (individual e-mails) still exists. Exhibitors can now choose to send personalized messages either to individual attendees or can search demographic criteria and send an e-mail to a specific group. Currently, attendees are still limited to sending individual e-mails to exhibitors. Hmail, the e-mails generated through Your Message Center, feature a custom e-mail building ‘wizard’ which walks exhibitors through the step-by-step process of creating and sending unique e-mails. Exhibitors choose from either a complimentary text only template or an upgraded template containing image capabilities available for purchase via hanleywoodCONNECT. Exhibitors also have the opportunity to purchase additional e-mails and instantly use them, through the new application. Further integrating Hmail with hanleywoodCONNECT is a new functionality allowing exhibitors to search and save groups of attendees based on selected demographics. Exhibitors can save large groups or hand-pick attendees to e-mail on an individual basis. “The creation of Your Message Center is a win, both for our event participants and the industry.
