Your Online Company Listing
The online exhibitor directory is how attendees locate vendors participating in the event and make a short list of who to visit onsite. Make sure your company profile is up-to-date to maximize your visibility with attendees.
To update your profile, log into your Exhibitor Portal.
Are you looking to expand your brand presence and gain access to more leads? Upgrading your company listing offers you the chance to increase visibility by over 200% and generate more leads beyond the show floor. Contact your sales rep for more information.
Invite Your Customers
Promote your presence at the show and invite your customers to attend. As an exhibitor, you have access to our Customer Invite program, which allows you to provide discounted passes to your current and potential clients.
Once registration opens in the summer, you will receive an email with your custom registration promo code to share with your prospects and customers. You can find additional details about the program in your Exhibitor Portal.
Pre-Schedule Onsite Meetings
Make the most of your investment at the show and pre-schedule meeting with attendees. Our matchmaking platform is a complimentary resource to help attendees and exhibitors connect and network at the event.
The platform allows registered participants to request meetings with one another through an online portal ahead of the show. Onsite, you can conduct your scheduled meetings in our dedicated Matchmaking Lounge on the show floor.
Exhibitor Alerts & Notifications
You may have recently received correspondence from various companies referencing the Deck Expo. These companies may have contacted you regarding purchasing an Deck Expo list of attendees or soliciting hotel rooms.
Deck Expo and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. Please note the only company we have partnered with to provide you with special hotel rates is onPeak. Other than onPeak, Deck Expo has no relationship with these firms.
Whether you decide to purchase a list or secure a hotel room via a company not affiliated with Deck Expo is solely your decision and does not affect your relationship with the show in any way.
We regret any inconvenience caused by these solicitations and any confusion in how you were solicited. Deck Expo does not provide these companies with your contact information and has no knowledge of these unrelated entities' solicitation of its exhibitors.
