If you are exhibiting in 2026, you will be notified when the Exhibitor Portal is open.We no longer require a username & password. Instead, exhibitors enter their email addresses. Exhibitors can allow others within their company or third parties to have access using their own email address versus sharing the one exhibitor ID and password. The main contact can add other emails for access.

As an exhibitor, your brand has complimentary access to the event’s matchmaking service. This specialized and concierge-led service is designed specifically for Deck Expo. It focuses on delivering your brand high-quality business connections through pre-arranged meetings.

This service helps event exhibitors maximize their networking potential by ensuring they connect with relevant business prospects during PSP Expo, saving time and increasing the effectiveness of your event participation.

You can order booth furnishing and services through our approved service providers. To see a complete list of services and ordering details, please reference the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). The ESM is typically available a few months before the show opens.

The ESM is available in your Exhibitor Resource Center.

There are a variety of Sponsorship and Marketing opportunities available for Deck Expo Exhibitors. We offer pre-show, on-site, post-show, and year-round options for you to target the right audience. Visit the Sponsorship Page for more info!

Exhibitors will be notified once registration is open. If you are interested in exhibiting, please fill out the contact form.

Exhibitors receive an allotted number of exhibitor personnel badges based on the size of their exhibit space. Once you have exceeded the allotment, there will be a $40 charge for each additional booth badge.

The badge allotment is four per 100 square feet.

Deck Expo exhibitors receive access to the event’s exhibitor invites program, which allows you to invite current and potential customers to attend for free with an Expo Pass.The program will be accessible on the Exhibitor Portal once it opens.

The Exhibitor Service Kit can be found within the Exhibitor Portal. Once you have logged in you can find the information under the Resources menu on the left side.

Access to the Exhibitor Service Kit resources will be available about four to five months prior to the show. For immediate questions, please contact client.services@poolspapatio.com.

You may receive correspondence from companies soliciting hotel rooms for Deck Expo. Please note: the ONLY company Deck Expo has partnered with for hotels is onPeak. If you decide to make hotel reservations with a company not affiliated Deck Expo, it is solely your decision and does not affect your relationship with the show in any way.

Tradeshow Floor FAQs

Filming/photography and its activities cannot interfere with exhibit operations nor pedestrian traffic. Photography or videography is permitted only with prior approval of the exhibiting company. Failure to obtain consent may result in removal from the exhibit hall. No recordings of any kind are allowed in the education sessions.
