Welcome Party

  • Date/Time:: Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Location: AYU Dayclub at Resorts World (part of this year's hotel block)
  • Admission: Tickets may be purchased during registration.
  • Description: An attendee favorite! This networking event is the kick-off for International Pool Spa Patio Expo. Freshen up after the show floor closes and start your night at the Welcome Party, where attendees and vendors can mingle, grab food and drinks, and enjoy high-quality entertainment. This event is an excellent opportunity to forge meaningful connections with pool industry professionals and suppliers.

Keynotes

Day One Keynote:

  • Date/Time: Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 9:15 AM to 10:20 AM (immediately preceding the Expo Hall opening at 10:30 AM)
    • This event is immediately preceding the Expo Hall opening at 10:30 AM.
  • Admission: Keynote admission is included with a Super Pass, Expo Pass, or Tuesday Day Pass.
  • Description: Start day one with inspiration. Every year, the Keynote provides great insights for personal and professional growth.

 

Day Two Keynote – Industry Panel: 

  • Date/Time: Thursday, October 23, 2025, 9:15 AM to 10:20 AM
    • This event is immediately preceding the Expo Hall opening at 10:30 AM.
  • Admission: Keynote panel admission is included with a Super Pass, Expo Pass, or Tuesday Day Pass.
  • Description: Day two, we get down to business with a panel of industry titans discussing "Economic Trends: Navigating Business Challenges" and "Opportunities in Pool & Hot Tub Industry."

 

Million Dollar Pool Design Challenge

  • Date/Time: Thursday afternoon, October 21, 2025
  • Location: Show floor education session
  • Admission: Design challenge admission is included with a Super Pass, Expo Pass, or Thursday Day Pass.
  • Description: The clients and their long list of requirements are fictitious but the site, and the contest, are real. Designers are invited to enter the contest and design the ultimate outdoor oasis with a million-dollar budget. Five finalists will present their renderings during a session at  the International Pool, Spa, Patio Expo Expo 2025. Live voting will determine the winners, who receive a cash prize.

Awards of Excellence

  • Date/Time: October 21, 2025, in the evening
    • This is the final day of pre-conference and the day before the Expo Hall opens.
  • Location: Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall
  • Description: Join the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) for an evening of celebrating everything the association and our industry has accomplished this year. We will be honoring the incredible work of our award-winning members, acknowledging the industry volunteers who have dedicated their time and energy to elevating the industry, and thanking our PHTA and Step Into Swim supporters.
