Not sure whether it's legit?

As an exhibitor, you may be solicited to by one or more of the companies below. We've provided some of the most common non-official solicitations to equip you before you purchase. Always look for the Official Vendor logo when purchasing products and/or services for the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, co-located with DeckExpo, and when in doubt, please email us and we'll be happy to verify if the company you're purchasing from is an official vendor of the show.

Email Communication

Due to the deluge of unsolicited and unwanted spam in email boxes, spam filters can stop our emails to you. As this is our main avenue of communication to our exhibitors, please add us to your safe sender list.
You may have to check your junk mail box occasionally to find us.
Exhibitor Bulletins, announcements, show updates and other pertinent exhibitor information will be sent to the email address you provided; please help us make sure it arrives in your inbox.

Show Program

The PSP/Deck Expo maintains its own records of exhibitors and produces its own Show Program.
The PSP/Deck Expo is not affiliated in any way with Fair Guide, Fairguide.com, International Fairs Directory, World Company Directory, Construct Data and AUMA or other similar companies.
Please be aware that you may receive solicitations from these companies to confirm your company information for their exhibitor directory.
Please be aware that confirming your information with them will unknowingly enter your company into a costly three-year contract with them.

Housing

onPeak [formerly Travel Planners] is the ONLY official travel agency of the PSP/Deck Expo.
Please be aware that you may receive solicitation from companies either by phone or by email.
The PSP/Deck Expo is not affiliated in any way with Elegant Housing, Exhibitors Housing Services, Global Housing & Travel or other similar companies.
If you are contacted by a third-party, please note that they are not affiliated with the PSP Expo/DeckExpo, so we cannot guarantee room availability or rates or offer you service on these reservations.
Many will take your money without actually making you a reservation.
It is strongly encouraged that your company does not do business with any other travel provider than OnPeak.

Attendee Lists

In our commitment of keeping our attendees’ information confidential and not violating opt-in policies, we do NOT sell, rent or lease our lists to exhibitors or third parties.
If you are contacted by companies offering to sell our attendee list, including names, email addresses, phone numbers and company names, we strongly recommend against purchasing such lists as we did not provide the information.
