Early Bird Registration opens in mid-July for the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, co-located with DeckExpo. In celebration of the 2020 show, we are happy to offer you special discounted pricing available through September 17.

Get your first pick of classes before they fill up! The PSP Expo/DeckExpo team is having conversations with Mandalay Bay on safety protocols, and are  continuing to work to ensure we have a productive event. We will be following the appropriate health and sanitization measures as advised by the CDC, and  state or local governance. Our aim is to organize the event with the highest  levels of hygiene and cleanliness throughout, which means working with our  partners and vendors to ensure the space is clean, well-ventilated, and high-touch areas are regularly disinfected. 

Now more than ever, our industry needs to band together to share best practices and lessons learned. We look forward to coming together as one family in November, showcasing the amazing work we are all doing.

Your On-site Experience

Your safety is our top priority. We are making preparations to run the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo in accordance with all national government and local authority guidance, as well as Informa AllSecure – Informa’s approach to enhanced health and safety standards at our events as a result of COVID- 19.  (Informa is the parent company of the PSP Expo). 

What you’ll see on-site

  1. The highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness will be applied. You’ll notice more frequent cleaning of high-touch areas at our events, as well as hand sanitizing stations and signage encouraging everyone to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.
  2. We are minimizing the number of touchpoints by offering:
  • non-contact registration 
  • reminders to maintain physical distancing

We are asking everyone to avoid handshakes in favor of non-contact greetings and reducing the need to stand in line by staggering admission times and updating floor plans.

     3. We are committed to helping you find the right connections and we’ll be using pre-registration qualification and matchmaking tools to improve the relevance of visitors at our event.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing on orbefore October 15, 2020. An administrative fee of $65 will be assessed for any cancellation, including PHTA or GENESIS preconference schools. No refunds will be issued after October 15. This includes all conference passes, GENESIS and PHTA Schools and the GENESIS Family Reunion and Winemaker Dinner. Admission to Expo is non-refundable.

If the 2020 International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, co-located with DeckExpo, is cancelled as a result of COVID-19, youwill automatically be refunded the full amount with no action required on your part.
