It's our goal to ensure the safety of and enjoyment for all attendees and exhibitors at the show. We appreciate the cooperation of all who attend or otherwise participate in the event ("you") in agreeing to and adhering to the show policies below.

Show Policies

Admission Policy
All persons planning to attend the The International Pool I Spa I Patio Expo, co-located with Deck Expo must be registered. The PSP/Deck Expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public.

Right to Deny or Remove
Registration for the PSP/Deck Expo is at the sole discretion of Show Management and it reserves the right to accept or reject registrations, cancel any previously accepted registration, or remove any party from the PSP/Deck Expo at any time for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party.

Child Policy
During normal show hours, persons under the age of 18 will be admitted only with parental supervision, must always be under adult supervision, and are required to have a children’s Badge. Children’s badges can be registered for on-site at the registration counter. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
The PSP/Deck Expo recognizes that both professional and personal situations can result in needing to make a change to business travel. Therefore, all attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before October 18 2023. Expo Hall Passes, and Welcome Party tickets are non-refundable.

Super Passes and Day Passes will be assessed a cancellation fee of $65. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by the original registrant by November 9, 2023. No refunds will be issued after November 9, 2023. No refunds issued at or after the show. The PSP/Deck Expo is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events, including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and forums. For exhibitor booth space, sponsorship, or marketing cancellation information, please see the Terms & Conditions of your booth contract, or sponsorship and marketing contract.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all show areas. Anyone who wishes to smoke or vape may do so outside the building or in any of the convention center’s designated smoking areas.

Animal Policy
Animals are not allowed at the PSP/Deck Expo, with the exception of registered service animals. Service animals must be identified as such and kept on a leash at all times.

Bags, Wagons and Strollers
Wagons are prohibited on the on the show floor for safety reasons. One stroller per adult will be allowed on the show floor for the sole purpose of transporting a child or a person with disabilities. All strollers must be under adult supervision. All bags and exhibitor freight are subject to security search.

Drones and Wheeled Transport Devices
The use of drones, UAV’s, hoverboards, wheeled transport devices and similar devices are strictly prohibited on the show floor, as well as all areas in the convention center (except for mobility devices required by persons with disabilities).

Photography/Videography Policy
Photography and videography is only permitted with prior approval of the exhibiting company and/or "Informa Exhibitions U.S." Failure to obtain prior consent may result in the deletion of the footage from my device and/or removal from the show. Filming, videotaping and photography are prohibited at all education and seminar sessions, including keynote presentations. Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes. Working members of the press are required to check-in at registration and receive authorization from show management in order to photograph and/or videotape at the show. Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant to Show Management (and its officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, contractors and representatives) to photograph and/or record all or any part of the Show and grants Show Management the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free right and license to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display all such photographs and recordings, including without limitation, the name, images and likenesses of attendee or exhibitor contained therein (and any derivative works thereof) in any medium (now existing or hereafter developed). Exhibitors and attendees agree that exhibitors and attendees shall have no rights of review or approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of Persona and agree to release and hold Show Management and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).

Literature/Product Distribution
Only contracted exhibitors are permitted to promote their products, services or company at the PSP/Deck Expo. Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit space, with the exception of designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to "roaming" characters, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and show floor aisles, all of which are prohibited. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their booth space and materials left will be recycled. Attendees will be asked to leave the show and forfeit their badge. Any "suitcasers" should be reported to Show Management.

Identification Policy
The PSP/Deck Expo reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using a show badge. Any person found using another person’s badge will have the badge confiscated and may be asked to leave the show.

Hold Harmless Policy
The PSP/Deck Expo attendees hereby agree to release and hold harmless Show Management, its employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind (Claim”) which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.

Is the PSP/Deck Expo open to the public?
The PSP/Deck Expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public.

Are children allowed to attend?

How do I reserve a booth?
You can reserve a booth using our online contract or by contacting one of our Account Executives. See more details on booking a booth today.

How much does booth space cost?
Booth rates start at $34.50 per square foot. We offer special rates for PHTA members. View the complete list of member and non-member rates.

What is included in my booth?

  • How do I sign into my exhibitor dashboard?
    Your company’s e-code is required to sign into the Exhibitor Dashboard. If you need your e-code please contact your Account Executive today and they can provide it to you. Once you have your e-code you can log into the Exhibitor Dashboard.

    How do I order my booth furnishing and services?
    You can order booth furnishing and services through our approved service providers. To see a complete list of services and ordering details, please reference the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). The ESM is typically available early fall.

    The ESM is available on your Exhibitor Dashboard. Log into the Exhibitor Dashboard to view the ESM.

    What promotional opportunities and marketing options are available for exhibitors?
    There are a variety of Sponsorship and Marketing opportunities available for PSP/Deck Expo Exhibitors. We offer pre-show, on-site, post-show, and year-round options for you to target the right audience. View more.

    When does exhibitor registration open?
    Exhibitor registration is scheduled to open in July. Once registration opens you can register your booth staff by logging into your Exhibitor Dashboard.

    How do I find my e-code?

    Education FAQs

    Do PSP/DeckExpo sessions qualify for CEU hours?
    GENESIS courses offer IACET CEUs. In addition, there are certain certifications offered. View more information about education.

    Are sessions at PSP/DeckExpo recorded and available for purchase?
    Currently we do not offer recorded content.

    Do I have to sign up for sessions when registering?
    When registering for a conference package you will be asked to register for conference sessions. You can change and/or upgrade your registration from your registration dashboard. You can also change sessions on-site.

    How can I edit/change the sessions I'm registered to attend?
    Visit your registration dashboard by signing in from your confirmation email, or via the attendee portal, where you’ll need to input your email address and registration password. From there, select “Registration Details”, then the “Edit Information” button to edit your classes.

    How do I become a speaker?
    Call for presentations generally opens after the current year’s event, and closes in February . You are welcome to submit a presentation at that time for consideration.

    When does registration open?
    Attendee registration is set to open mid June. Exhibitor registration is set to open late July.

    Can I bet notified when registration opens?
    To get notified when registration opens, sign up to receive our emails.

    What does it cost to attend?
    Expo Hall only passes start at $50, Day Passes start at $170, and Super Passes at $290. View complete pricing and package details.

    Do I have to register in advance, or can I register onsite?
    You must register in advance online 

    I am having trouble registering online. Who can I contact?
    If you are having trouble registering online please contact our registration customer service department at 866.490.3097 toll-free or 972.536-6350 outside USA.

    Can I change or update my registration after I receive my confirmation?
    You can update and/or upgrade your registration online from your registration dashboard. To access your dashboard login using your email address and password your created during your registration sign up. 

    Do PHTA members receive a discount?
    PHTA members receive a discount on select registration packages and events. Your PHTA membership must be active to receive the PHTA Member discount.

    How do I acquire a VISA letter?
    Once you have registered to attend the PSP/Deck Expo you can download a copy of your VISA letter from your registration dashboard. To access your dashboard login using your email address and password your created during your registration sign up. Access the registration dashboard.

    How can I register press?
    Press registration is scheduled to open in late August. Please visit our press page for more information.


    General FAQs

    What are the show's future dates?
    The 2024 show will be held in Dallas, Texas. The 2025 show will be in Las Vegas, Nevada.

    What are the show hours?
    The expo hall hours are:

    Monday, Nov. 13, 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Tuesday, Nov. 14, 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Wednesday, Nov. 15, 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

    Where is the show being held?
    The 2023 PSP/Deck Expo is being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the West Hall of the the Las Vegas Convention Center from November 10-15.

    What events are being held at the PSP/Deck Expo?
    The PSP /DeckExpo has a variety of events being held during the show including a Keynote, Welcome Party, and more. View the list of events at the PSP/DeckExpo.

    Does the show have a mobile app
    You can download the show’s mobile app by searching “Pool Spa Patio” in your app store. The app will be available in October 2023.

    How do I make hotel reservations?
